Quality & Certification
Raw Material Testing
Every batch of PVC compound, rubber, and reinforcement materials is tested before entering production. We source from certified suppliers only.
In-Process Inspection
Automated dimensional checks and pressure tests are performed at every production stage. Wall thickness, inner diameter, and length are continuously monitored.
Final QC & Testing
100% of finished hoses undergo hydrostatic pressure testing, burst pressure testing, and visual inspection before packing and shipment.
International Certifications
Our products and manufacturing processes are certified by SGS, hold RoHS and REACH compliance, and meet ISO 9001:2015 quality management standards.
