Rubber Suction & Discharge Hose
Rubber Suction & Discharge Hose used for vacuum and pressure lines in effluent and industrial applications, water,non-corrosive fluids, and light-duty industrial. It is a versatile type of hose commonly used for transferring fluids or materials. It is designed to handle both suction (drawing in fluids or materials) and discharge (expelling fluids or materials) operations.
This hose is made of rubber, which provides excellent flexibility, durability, and resistance to abrasion and chemicals. The inner tube of the hose is smooth to facilitate the flow of fluids or materials without obstruction.
- Tube: Black NBR rubber, smooth.
- Reinforcement: High-strength synthetic cord and helical steel wire to resist collapse and crush loads.
- Cover: Black wrapped synthetic rubber, abrasion, ozone, and weathering resistance.
- Application: For suction & discharge water,non-corrosive fluids, and light-duty industrial.
- Temp. Range. : – 5 ̊C to +60 ̊C (23°F to 140°F)
Specification of Rubber Suction & Discharge Hose
General-purpose wafer suction & discharge hose for contractors industrial, and agricultural service. Lightweight, flexible hoses offering easy handling. Generally.Smooth rubber tube.Fabric piles or braid and Spiral wire reinforcement. Good quality. black rubber cover.
The hose is reinforced with multiple layers of synthetic fabric or helical steel wire, which enhance its strength and ability to withstand suction and high-pressure conditions. The reinforcement also prevents the hose from collapsing under vacuum or excessive pressure.
The outer cover of the hose is usually made of synthetic rubber or a blend of rubber and abrasion-resistant materials to protect it from external damage and provide additional strength. It may also have a corrugated design for added flexibility and ease of handling.
Rubber Suction & Discharge Hose is commonly used in a wide range of industries and applications, including agriculture, construction, mining, oil and gas, and industrial operations. It is suitable for transferring water, chemicals, slurries, powders, and other fluids or materials.
